For the best results when making candles, it's important to select a suitable vessel for the wax.

Here are some guidelines to follow:

• Choose tumblers, cups, or jars that can withstand heat and won't leak, crack, or catch fire.
• Good options include glazed ceramic, sturdy glass, sealed metal tins, and enamel containers that are approximately 75mm-80mm diameter.
• Avoid porous ceramics like terra cotta, as well as flammable materials like wood, coconut shells, and plastic. These materials may not hold water and can easily tip over.

To make a candle, follow these steps:

1. Remove all accessories from the bag.
2. Thread the wick through the wick holder and center it in the chosen vessel.
3. Place the bag of wax upright in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for two minutes, or until all the wax is melted.
4. Pour the liquid wax into the vessel and let it set for two hours.
5. Trim the wick and enjoy your new candle!

Candle care is an important factor in determining how long your candle will last. By following proper candle care, you can potentially see an average burn time of ~60 hours and 40 hours without any candle care.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 for orders under $100, $5 shipping for orders over $100, and free shipping for orders above $140.
