Kunaka Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kunaka.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
This policy lasts for 14 days. Meaning, if 14 days have passed from when you made your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement. This is in conjunction with our "14-day money-back guarantee".
Other
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the issue at hand.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for any item that is returned 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email you informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the process has taken more than the recommended time frame, please double-check your bank account transactions and/or contact your credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@kunaka.com.au
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@kunaka.com.au. You will be charged additional shipping and handling fees upon approval.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 433 Gainsborough Drive, Pimpama Queensland AU 4209. Please only do this once you have received confirmation from us otherwise this will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
