Kunaka Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days or 5 business days during peak seasons (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification from the courier when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for orders over $80 in Australia and process orders within 2-4 business days, and up to 5 business days during peak seasons
International Shipping
We don't offer international shipping currently, we do not ship outside of Australia.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/text notification from us or the courier which will include a tracking number/link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24-48hrs hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kunaka.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind. This is in conjunction with our refund policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kunaka.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
